Am I in the wrong for this?

I was trying to transact with this seller on Facebook for Gracie's Southampton UK show this Sunday. (She asked to transfer to Whatsapp)

I was warned here that tickets are were not sold nor will be transferred via Ticketmaster, which she was trying to do. I then asked to transact via Paypal goods and services for my protection which she also declined so I blocked her on Facebook.

She sent me this before I got to block on Whatsapp. Is she really a scam or was I wrong to block her?
